![]() ![]() Instead of following the steps 10 days level one etc I started on level 3 and plan to just do level 3 for the full 30 days Hopefully over the weeks I can increase my progress and maybe combine level 3 and level 2 into one workout. I am doing the 30 day shred I log it as aerobics-low impact if its jillian Michaels level 1. Thank the lord its only 20 minutes though. If I have people doing it with me this time, it should be different. So I've started the 30 day shred yesterday and I'm feeling so good already. So I started the 30 day shred two days ago (Wednesday) and wow What a killer work out. I think I've done level 1 like 20 times and always start over. Jamie- I cannot thank you all enough for every single bit of support you’ve all given me in the last 7 weeks. Does anyone want to start 30 Day Shred with me, starting today I've done it in the past but always give up at like day 9. I have learnt so much about what I can eat within my limits and I have genuinely never been fitter. I have done every single diet and weight loss program there is known to man without any success to actually teach me how to be healthy and fit at the same time until now. I realised that when my motivation wasn’t enough I have the dedication and discipline to keep going forward. I have definitely found a new strength in me I didn’t know was there. In 7 short weeks I have lost an incredible 13.6kg in weight, 34cm from across my body and my attitude towards food and fitness has changed so much. I fell off the wagon so Im starting all over. ![]() She kicks some serious kitten but its worth it if you stick to it.
